Kim Sheen

Originally from Warwick, Rhode Island, I bring over 20 years of experience in  real estate, specializing in sales and rentals with a longstanding, reputable  company. My journey to Bermuda began during a holiday, where I had the  pleasure of meeting my husband, Andrew “Chester” Sheen. In 2006, I made  Bermuda my home, earning my Bermuda Real Estate License in 2008. 

In 2013, I established Kim Sheen Properties, a boutique real estate firm  dedicated to providing personalized, client-focused service tailored to each  individual’s needs. 

Real estate is not just my career—it’s my passion. Nothing brings me greater  satisfaction than helping clients achieve their goals, whether maximizing  value or saving on their investments. I pride myself on delivering personalized,  knowledgeable service, ensuring that every client feels heard and valued.  Building trust and earning confidence are the cornerstones of my work.

Locally, I serve as Deputy  Chair of the Chamber of Commerce Executive Real Estate Division, Chair of  the Banking Sub-Committee, and Co-Chair of the Ethics Standards Practice Handbook Sub-Committee, while also contributing as a member of the Ethics  Sub-Committee. In the past, I have actively participated as a member of the  Membership and Rental Sub-Committees.
